SESSIONS
Studio is located in the Bennett Valley area of Santa Rosa, California.
In Studio: 55 minute Pilates sessions using the Reformer Trapeze Combination (RTC) and Wall Unit, Private sessions are one on one and focus on the core, overall strength and flexibility with your specific needs and goals in mind.
Semi-Private sessions are ideal for those who want to workout and share the cost with a friend or a family member and are two clients per trainer.
In Your Home: 55 minute in home visits using your equipment or mat(s), cost may be shared between one or more clients. (travel fees may apply)
PRICING
PRIVATE SESSIONS – $65
PACKAGES OF 4 PRIVATE SESSIONS – $240 ($60 per session)
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS with 2 clients – $35 per client
